What Couples Ask
Can it work with our venue's alcohol policy?+
Usually yes. Send us your venue contact and we will handle the paperwork side with your coordinator. If your venue requires their own pour, we can run the trailer as a non-alcoholic frozen bar instead.
How far ahead should we book?+
Six to twelve months for spring and fall Saturdays, and earlier if your date lands near Mardi Gras or festival season. A deposit holds the date, and we will tell you straight if we are already spoken for.
Can you match our wedding colors or add a monogram to the cups?+
Yes, for an upcharge. The drink is purple, that part is not negotiable, but everything around it can be yours: custom cup wraps, a monogram, a hand-lettered sign, or a chalkboard menu named after the two of you. Cup wraps and monograms need about three weeks of lead time, hand-lettered signage about two, and the upcharge is quoted with your package so there are no surprises on the invoice.
