Information you give us. When you submit a booking or contact request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, guest count, location, and any details you include in your message.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed. We may also store a local browser value confirming that you passed the 21 or older age confirmation, so you are not asked again on every visit.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21 years of age. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

We use the information you provide to respond to booking inquiries, prepare quotes and contracts, coordinate event logistics, process deposits and payments, keep records required for our Louisiana alcoholic beverage permits, and, where you have asked for it, send updates about availability and events.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting, email, scheduling, and payment processing vendors, and only as needed for those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, by a subpoena or court order, or by the Louisiana Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control or another regulator, and when necessary to protect our rights, property, safety, or that of our guests.

If you text or call the number listed on this site, or provide your phone number in the booking form, you consent to be contacted at that number about your inquiry by call or SMS. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or telling us in writing.

This site may use cookies or similar browser storage for basic functionality, such as remembering your age confirmation, and for aggregate traffic measurement. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies, though parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

We keep booking records for as long as needed for our business, tax, and regulatory obligations, then delete or de-identify them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted to us, and you may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time. Louisiana does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy statute, so we honor these requests as a matter of policy. Louisiana's Database Security Breach Notification Law, La. R.S. 51:3071 et seq., applies to us, and we will notify affected Louisiana residents of a breach of unencrypted personal information as that law requires.

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
